Who are we?

Macsen Adare

Macsen is the entrepreneur and founder of Fill and Go. He’s described as being self-motivated, determined whilst being prepared to take risks.

Macsen’s motivation to work and succeed can be tracked back into his previous jobs. At the beginning of high school he set up a little phone fixing service within the school community, whilst also working at the local fruit and veggie store. Although his phone fixing service did end up falling to pieces, he was untroubled by his failure and took it in his stride, learning from his mistakes. With his dad being an entrepreneur himself, Macsen has certainly gained the knowledge on how to set up and develop a company by himself as well as obtaining useful skills and qualities needed to be a successful entrepreneur. After his HSC, Macsen went on to complete a degree in business management at the University of NSW after achieving an ATAR of 97.85.

Macsen found the idea of Fill and Go as he thought of all the time he was wasting walking into the store and waiting in line where he could just tap and go. Macsen has taken on this business idea to help save other people's time. Using his entrepreneurial skills, Macsen capitalised on the identified problem and developed a sound and effective business plan to fix the problem. With Macsen’s motivation and determination for success, he is confident in his plans to get the card up and running within the next few years.
